I was looking for a planner and I am super picky about my planners. They need adequate space for each day (doctor's appointments and medical school exams, obviously), they NEED to have tabs for each month, and definitely pages that wont fall out. I asked Facebook for suggestions, and in return I was told about Erin Condren.
I placed my 70 some dollar order and forgot about it until it came in today. (*quick note, every new year you need a planner you won't need to spend 70 bucks, you can reuse your custom covers, page dividers, and the like).
The box came in and it was designed just as cute as the website. Inside I was happy to see a nicely paper wrapped planner and all the things I had ordered and an adorable free "All You Need Is Love" T-shirt. One thing, however, was missing. I ordered a pen holder to attach to the planner. I simply went on their website, logged into my account, reviewed my order and clicked "report error".
Twenty minutes later I had an e-mail asking if I wanted them to send me the pen holder or give me a ten dollar gift card. I said I would like the pen holder, but if I could add something to that order, I wanted the tabs that can hold papers into your planner. She replied again quickly, and said I will send you both free of charge for the inconvenience... WHAT.
Normally when I ordered something online and they mess up I just get the "we will refund your credit card for that item", which ultimately sucks because I have to then order it again and pay shipping.
I was so happy with my experience with them and I will definitely be utilizing them in the future. Check them out, it will be worth your while. Quality products with amazing service, can't beat that. Oh and you can download backgrounds for your devices that match your planner, that's a win/win for me.
